The rooms were both neat, exceptionally comfortable, complete with a private balcony and the shower which had a lot of mould on the inside which should be cleaned off, for example. The location very close to a metro station was great.

Had a great time in the heart of the city during Christmas! the hotel was ideally located, just a hop away from the metro station and close to all the attractions. the room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy balcony where I could enjoy my evening beer. One of the best things about my stay was the airport pickup service arranged by the friendly staff - it was efficient and reasonably priced!

The Wi-Fi connection was not strong enough, making it difficult to use my phone inside the room. the bathroom was not connected to the room and was accessed through a shared corridor, which was a bit inconvenient.

The coffee was top-notch! we had an enjoyable vacation thanks to O Vic' Stritt'.

The only drawback was the limited English speaking skills of some of the staff, which made communication a bit challenging at times. However, it didn't significantly impact our overall experience.
